Agreement to Terms
By using our services at VPS Victorville Pool Services, you agree to these terms. We provide pool cleaning and maintenance services to homeowners and property managers in Victorville, CA and surrounding areas. These terms help us explain what you can expect from us and what we need from you.
Services We Provide
We offer weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing services, and pool inspections. When you schedule a service, we will confirm the date and time with you. We do our best to arrive during your scheduled window, but sometimes things like traffic or weather can cause delays.
Your Responsibilities
To help us do our job well, we need you to provide safe access to your pool area. This means making sure gates are unlocked on service days, dogs are secured, and there are no hazards around the pool. If we cannot access your pool safely, we may need to reschedule, and standard service fees will still apply.
You are also responsible for maintaining adequate water levels in your pool. If your pool water is below the skimmer line, we may not be able to complete the cleaning, and additional fees may apply for the next visit.
Payment Terms
We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. For weekly service customers, payment is due on the first service of each month. One-time services require payment upon completion. If your payment is more than 15 days late, we reserve the right to pause services until your account is current.
Cancellation Policy
For weekly service customers, we require 30 days written notice if you want to cancel your service. For one-time services, please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Limitation of Liability
We carry liability insurance and take great care with your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your pool, equipment, or property. We are also not liable for damage caused by factors outside our control, such as severe weather, vandalism, or manufacturer defects in your pool equipment.
If we do cause damage during our service, we will work with you to make it right. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided or $500, whichever is less.
Equipment and Repairs
When we identify equipment that needs repair or replacement, we will let you know. We can provide repair services, but you are not required to use us for repairs. Any repair work requires your written approval before we begin. We warranty our repair work for 30 days from the date of service.
Privacy and Data
We collect your contact information, service address, and payment details to provide our services. We will never sell your information to third parties. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
